And the tin cans products are obsoleted now, because of it easily to be corroded by products’ raw material solution. The material of aerosol product’s pump head usually use polypropylene and metal material. The pump head or nozzle size are many kinds, different products use the different material bottles or cans, and different pump heads and caps.

Aerosol products are mainly divided into two kinds, single packing (blending all material) aerosol and separate packing (separate the gas and the material)aerosol.
The single packing aerosol is simply filling the material (liquid) and projectile (gas) into a closed pressure container, used by pressing the nozzle to open the valve, with the pressure of the projector to spray the material from the nozzle through the pipe of the valve. Its interior is composed of material (liquid) and projectile (gas), the packaging material is composed of metal container (conventional iron, aluminum tank, etc.), valves (male valve, female valve, quantitative valve, etc.), nozzle, large cover.
The single packing aerosol product is more suitable for chemical industry, automotive care and other categories of products; the separate packing aerosol product is more used in medicine, cosmetics and other industries, because of its more beautiful appearance, safety and health performance is favored by manufacturers.
